Living
Everyday that you can get up and walk around is a blessing. Don't take nothing for granted. Life is not promised for tommorrow. Make everyday count. Live your best life now and don't worry about tommorrow. It can do for itself. Tell your love ones that you love them and mean it. When they are gone you will not get that chance again. Please this is very dear to my heart. Live a great life now.

EXERCISE

Today is all about exercising. Get up from that crouch and move something. I know that you are tired, for sure I am too, but don't you want to look good. This is for you. Remember that outfit that you saw in that store. Mmmm, that dress was a killer wasn't it. Well if it is 2 dress size, or pant size smaller you have to do it. You can do it and you will feel great afterwards. The greatest reward is how your heart will feel later. Get up and move something. Live that good life.

Food/Pasta
It is raining and the skies are grey. I feel like some pasta don't you. Cooking some nice comfort foods will do the trick. Lets get the eating. Here are some simple recipe that can get you on your way. Oh and some nice drink to go along with that.
8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
3 cloves garlic
1/2 sweet onion, cut into wedges
3 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 medium tomatoes, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup spinach leaves
1 pound cooked shrimp - peeled and deveined
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta, and cook for 8 minutes, or until tender. Drain.
In the container of a food processor, combine the garlic, onion and oregano. Pulse until finely chopped. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion mixture; cook and stir until fragrant and almost golden. Mix in the tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes while the pasta is cooking, stirring occasionally.
Mix in spinach until it wilts, then just before the pasta is done, stir in the shrimp. Cook until heated through. Toss with pasta in a large serving bowl, and mix in mozzarella cheese.

Today
What have you done today that will leave a person smiling, yourself smiling. Get up and exercise so that your heart can forever be young. Love yourself so that you will be able to love others. Go on vacation if you can so that you can experience other cultures and ideas. Live for today so that you can be inspire to live for tomorrow. Don't use drugs for your body is your temple. Talk to God for he is always there to listen. Trust yourself and your judgements. Listen to your heart for it would not lead you wrong. And finally be your own best friend so that you can then let others in. Have a very lovely day.

God in the everyday life
How we put God into our everyday lives is very important. I am not saying that we should go around shouting God every five minutes,(not a bad idea) but we should as least know that he is alive and is the reason, the only reason that you are alive and kicking. An example of what I mean is just simply showing someone common courtesy, saying thank you, helping someone, etc. God is around us and we live in his likeness and so as christians we should show Godly ways to our fellowmen. Love one another. Life is too short for nonsense. Do something kind today.

Knitting wonderful
Hello bloggers. Winter is coming soon and I know that you all are not happy about that, but it is. Well if you are a knitter, or a crocheter, start the projects for the homeless. It is going to be a cold one and the shelters need scarves, hats, gloves etc. If you can knit or crochet, please help out. The biggest reward will be that of the smiling faces of the ones that you made warm. Where ever there is a soup kitchen, a shelter, etc. just go in and ask if you can donate. You can even go online and research. Call and see if it is okay before you go. Thanks to all.

Reexaming yourself
In life you have many choices, and with that comes the good and the bad. The right or the wrong. We have to look at ourselves in the mirror and fix the wrongs and readjust the right. Sometimes it is not easy, and that is why we have to reexaming ourselves. Love yourselves so that you can love others. We all have our days when we are low, but there is always a silver lining, A light at the other side of the tunnel. Don't give up the fight. For if you fight you encourage others to fight. Just believe and things will look up.
