GOD IS

In life you have no guarantees. It is not promised that you will see tomorrow. It is not promised that love will be there when you get home. But what is guaranteed is God. Through all our life changes we have one person that we can turn to in trouble and that is our God. He has not failed me yet. I am a living testament that with God all is possible. Trust him and leave the rest up to him. We all have our ups and downs, and do you thing that man can help you. No my friends. Man cannot help you for all things come from the Lord. Give him your all and read Psalms 91, 46, 40, and 70. Trust me he is the only guarantee.

LOVE

If you love someone let them go and if it's meant to be honey it will be. Love is hard and so if you try to control love love can slip away. Love should not be hard. Love should be patient. Love can be a battlefield, but don't push the fire. Just love.

Living

Everyday that you can get up and walk around is a blessing. Don't take nothing for granted. Life is not promised for tommorrow. Make everyday count. Live your best life now and don't worry about tommorrow. It can do for itself. Tell your love ones that you love them and mean it. When they are gone you will not get that chance again. Please this is very dear to my heart. Live a great life now.

EXERCISE

Today is all about exercising. Get up from that crouch and move something. I know that you are tired, for sure I am too, but don't you want to look good. This is for you. Remember that outfit that you saw in that store. Mmmm, that dress was a killer wasn't it. Well if it is 2 dress size, or pant size smaller you have to do it. You can do it and you will feel great afterwards. The greatest reward is how your heart will feel later. Get up and move something. Live that good life.
